With a background in interior and spatial design, Mol Liu brings years of experience in hospitality, retail, and cultural-commercial environments. Her work focuses on atmosphere, material harmony, and the subtle balance between function and emotion.
畢業於實踐大學室內空間設計學系，曾任十月設計 / Ray Chen International Project Designer。長年投入餐飲、旅宿、商業與文化空間設計，擅長以材質、比例與氛圍的細膩掌握，建立空間中沉穩而具感知性的生活質地。
ING-YU KO
柯盈瑜
A licensed architect with a foundation in architectural design, Ing-Yu Ko approaches interiors through structure, narrative, and spatial clarity. Her practice explores how design can translate context, craft, and experience into enduring spatial language.
中華民國建築師，畢業於實踐大學建築設計學系。曾任工二建築 / Hii Architects 與十月設計 / Ray Chen International。以建築尺度思考室內空間，關注結構邏輯、場域敘事與細部構成，將材質研究與空間經驗轉化為具辨識度的設計語彙。

溝通委託內容、工程預算、進度安排、需求表單填寫。
溝通業主需求、丈量與法規溝通。
文量費用新台幣 $500 元／坪、海外地區另外報價。
後續可以抵扣設計費內

細部設計
3D 模擬圖溝通、立面繪製、材質與傢俱搭配確認、材質表整理。

丈量 MEET & MEASURE

工程委任合約
簽訂工程合約、準備進入工程階段。
工程監造費用以總工程 10% 計算，稅金 5% 另計。

設計委任合約
簽訂設計合約、提供平面配置圖。
設計費依實際設計範圍、設計內容密度及專案整體規模綜合計算，設計費率:
住宅以新台幣 9,000 元／坪為基準，最低消費15萬元
商業空間以新台幣 7,000 元／坪為基準，最低消費15萬元 (含稅)
實際設計單價將依空間機能、設計深化程度、客製化項目、材料整合需求及計價坪數核定；專案坪數達一定規模時，得考量整體作業之規模效益，酌予調整每坪設計單價。
未納入設計範圍之區域不列入計價，最終設計範圍、計價坪數、適用單價及設計費總額，以雙方確認之正式報價單或設計委任合約為準。

工程報價
施工圖面繪製、選材確認後依最終圖面進行施工報價。
商業空間 $ 100,000 以上 / 坪
新成屋 $ 120,000 以上 / 坪
老屋翻新 $ 150,000 以上 / 坪
工程項目費用不含：空調、廚具、衛浴、窗簾、傢俱、電器。

完工驗收

初步配置溝通
初步規劃內容、平面圖配置討論。
50 坪以下之提案費用:
新台幣 $15,000 元整。
/ 後續可以抵扣設計費內 /
維護手冊，業主驗收完畢後結案。
含一年保固與後續服務。
